We’re excited to offer a special incentive for 4-H members who complete their re-enrollment by November 1st—a free Trempealeau County 4-H t-shirt!

To ensure we order the correct sizes and quantities, please fill out the T-Shirt Request Form no later than December 1st. This form helps the Trempealeau County Parents and Leaders Association plan accurately and make sure every eligible member receives their shirt. If you have not re-enrolled yet now is a great time to do so!

If you need to submit information for more than one member and run out of space, feel free to submit a second form.
