Communication Plan
Check out our communication plan! Here is how and where you can find all the programmatic information. Be the first to know about upcoming programs and keep up with newsletter posts.
The Website is the first place events and programs are posted. It is home to the Events Calendar, which lists dates, times, and locations for all upcoming county events. Previous newsletters are housed here as well. Other great resources are News Releases, County Policies, Urgent Reminders, and Volunteer Opportunities.
The Clover DisPATCH is the official Newsletter of the Trempealeau County 4-H Program. You can expect it to be sent out Bi-Weekly on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month via email. You will find registrations, upcoming programs, policy updates, and other resources in the newsletter. Many of the articles are available on the website and will be linked back to the website. Archived Newsletters are posted on the website. Printed copies are available to members who sign up in November-December.
The official 4-H Facebook is Extension Trempealeau County. You can find Upcoming Events, Statewide Opportunities, and News Releases. This is a place where you can get reminders of deadlines and so much more.
YOU CAN! Please consider sharing meetings, trainings, success stories, and more. There is no deadline for sharing content. Once submitted, it will be shared in the next regularly scheduled newsletter and posted on the website. To share contact Andrea, the 4-H Program Educator, or Ericka Anderson, the Office Coordinator.
